The following stages were followed to design the indicator system: preparing the conceptual framework, collecting documentary information through surveys and interviews, analyzing information, constructing an indicator system, and approval by expert judges. The qualitative curriculum management was evaluated from a qualitative perspective, based on five parameters that are paramount in assessing curricular management (relevance, impact, transcendence, systematization, and degree of satisfaction) and seven curricular components (principles, criteria, study plan, programs and projects, methodologies, management and guidance).
